Estori Collective is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you provide the correct information at checkout to ensure not to re-pay for shipping fees.
Additionally, please note that Estori Collective is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit, lost, stolen or misplaced by delivery partners. We are only responsible for ensuring the item is packaged and handed over to our delivery partner. This is because we don't have control over what happens once it leaves our hands.
If your parcel has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting both Sendle and the local carrier they use to deliver to your location, as they will be better placed to assist you in claiming reimbursement (if applicable) or finding a lost item.
