I have ordered from Estori in the past and love my pieces, just as I loved this charm. This time though, around I had to pay unexpected duties when the package was shipped that I have not had to with past purchases. I wish there had been a clearer note of this so I could have not gone through with the purchase yet.
However after voicing my confusion, Jac reached out to me and informed me that she’s made the disclaimer about customs fees a bit more clear for future customers. Though I did not expect to pay additional fees and was initially a bit put-off, Jac’s care and attention made my experience much better. Her customer service was exemplary.
Estori’s amazing pieces, and Jac’s commitment to providing a great customer experience have further solidified me as a continuing customer.
