EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to pack and despatch orders within 48 hours of purchase. It may take longer during peak periods or following a launch.

Australia (Domestic): 2-10 business days
Rest of the World (International): 5-14 business days
PARCEL NOT DELIVERED?
Please note Estori is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit, lost, stolen or misplaced by delivery partners. We are only responsible for ensuring the item is packaged and handed over to our delivery partner. This is because we don't have control over what happens once it leaves our hands.
If your parcel has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting both AusPost and the local carrier they use to deliver to your location, as they will be better placed to assist you in claiming reimbursement (if applicable) or finding a lost item.
CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY
Any import or customs taxes are are the buyers responsibility. Please check your individual country's policies before purchasing to avoid unexpected fees.
