Love the design but not the material

I own more than twenty of your pieces but this necklace seemed very cheap in terms of the necklace itself and also the charm. It feels very fragile and after the first wear the charm came off. I could bend it back together and fixate it on my own but this was very sad

Hi Selina! Thank you for your feedback. To be fair, it's actually not cheap - I used 925 Sterling Silver and a a 2.5micron layer of gold coating (to meet US and French standards), so it's one of the more expensive pieces in my store to produce. Mandy and I designed it to be very dainty and delicate, moreso than most of the other pieces that I sell. In saying that, I appreciate that you felt otherwise, and I will be aware of that when designing any future pieces. The charm definitely should not have fallen off, so I have just emailed you with some options to fix the situation.
