HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Enter your tracking number into Australia Post's tracking tool here.
In the United States? you can track your parcel more accurately using the the USPS tracking tool here. (Only works once the parcel has landed in US).
Your tracking number is found in your shipping confirmation email.
PARCEL MARKED "DELIVERED" BUT I DON'T HAVE IT
In the US? Contact your local USPS and quote your tracking number as soon as you can. We commonly find that USPS mark the parcel as delivered, but then take the parcel back to the post office to be picked up by you. (Not sure why this happens, but it may be your quickest solution!)
Rest of world: Please first contact our shipping service Australia Post. They will be able to help you in the fastest and most accurate way. If nothing can be done, contact us and we will do our best to assist - help@estoricollective.com
I WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS
Unfortunately we cannot change addresses after they have been sent via the postal network, so please ensure you provide us with all the correct information at checkout to ensure not to re-pay for shipping & item fees.
If you realised that you have made any errors when entering your shipping address, reach out to us via email at help@estoricollective.com. If the item has not been sent yet, we may be able to change the address.
CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY
Any import or customs taxes are are the buyers responsibility. Please check your individual country's policies before purchasing to avoid unexpected fees.
