- January Pre-order: ✅ All pre-orders have been shipped as of 21st March.

Fourth Wing Pre-orders:
Your pieces are on track to be completed and shipped from my studio by mid-May. I will email you asap if I expect any delays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my preorder?
Since items were made-to-order, and all items are in production now, I cannot make any changes to your order (sizes or colors). However, if you need to change your shipping address, that should be fine! Email help@estoricollective.com with your correct shipping address.
Where is my order? I received an email saying “your item will be fulfilled in 1-2 days” is this right?
I’m sorry, I think that was a Shopify glitch and you received the wrong email. Instead you should have received an email saying that your preorder will be ready in 8-10 weeks, plus all of the information in this FAQ.
I ordered an in-stock item at the same time, when will I receive that?
I usually hold in-stock items so that you don't pay twice for shipping. Then I send all items together when the preorder is completed.
If you want to receive your in-stock item ahead of time, I’m very happy to organise that for you! Note that you may need to pay shipping for both deliveries. Please get in touch if you wish to proceed.
