CURRENT PRE-ORDER STATUS

HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDERS TAKE?

Once a preorder window is closed, it will take roughly 8-10 weeks from start to finish the item. From there, shipping from us to your doorstep is about 8-10 business days.

In some cases, it may take longer (or shorter!) than originally expected. 

If there is an unexpected delay to your order, we will let you know via email as soon as possible.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER

You can cancel your pre-order up to 2 weeks after the pre-order window ends.

After 2 weeks, there will be a $20 USD cancellation fee - to cover the resources and labour which have already been committed to crafting your pre-order.

I'VE BOUGHT OTHER ITEMS WITH MY PRE-ORDER

We always hold onto your in-stock items and then send your entire order together after your pre-order is completed. This saves you from paying twice for shipping.

If you would like your in-stock items sent first, please send an email to help@estoricollective.com. Shipping costs are as below:

Total order value below $150USD

Regular shipping cost to be paid twice, once for the in-stock shipment, and once for the preordered piece(s).

Total order value above $150USD

Free shipping for both shipments.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY PRE-ORDER

Since items were made-to-order, we cannot make any changes after production has started (i.e. sizes or colors). However, if you need to change your shipping address, or add items to your order email us (help@estoricollective.com) with your request.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? YOU EMAILED ME WITH: "YOUR ITEM WILL BE FULFILLED IN 1-2 DAYS".

We've found Shopify sometimes sends the wrong confirmation email. If you receive this email right after you place your pre-order, you have received the wrong email.
