Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Each item is checked for quality and we ensure the packaging is durable enough for its long trip overseas. 

However, if you receive an item that was damaged or that looks very different from what you ordered, please contact help@estoricollective.com with details and we will be happy to review the situation!

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Is it damaged, or is it a normal imperfection?

Each piece is handmade so they may cary slightly in appearance, finish and colour - and these variations won't be grounds for a replacement or refund.
