Where is my order?

Unfortunately, order & package tracking emails have not been sending to some customers - estimated to affect orders from December 1 - Jan 7. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We pack orders on the same or next business day and you will receive tracking emails automatically at that time. So, if you didn't receive any emails, and they're not in your spam folder, then there has been an error.

We're working with Starshipit & Shopify who are responsible for the automatic email system. Thankfully, they've told us the issue has been resolved.
