Shipping & Delivery


Our courier partner Sendle is responsible for all deliveries. If you have any issues, please contact them first via the tracking email you received, or contact them via their support page.

LOCATIONS

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and certain locations in Europe, as below:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Note: we cannot ship to PO Boxes, only residential addresses.

RATES & ARRIVAL TIMES

Australia (metro): $7 - $9 metro. Approx. 2 - 8 working days.

Australia (rural): $16 - $18. Approx 16 - 21 working days.

New Zealand: $15 - $20. Approx. 10-16 working days.

UK, USA & Canada: $20 - $30. Approx. 10 - 28 working days.

Europe:  $20 - $30. Approx. 10 - 28 working days.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of purchase. It may take longer during peak periods or following a launch.

INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Estori is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you provide us with all the correct information at checkout to ensure not to re-pay for shipping & item fees.

PARCEL NOT DELIVERED?

Please note Estori is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit, lost, stolen or misplaced by delivery partners. We are only responsible for ensuring the item is packaged and handed over to our delivery partner. This is because we don't have control over what happens once it leaves our hands.

If your parcel has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting both Sendle and the local carrier they use to deliver to your location, as they will be better placed to assist you in claiming reimbursement (if applicable) or finding a lost item.

CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY

Any import or customs taxes are are the buyers responsibility. Please check your individual country's policies before purchasing to avoid unexpected fees.
