I ordered the Aelin’s Charm necklace, and when I got it in, there was a defect on the chain. I emailed the Estori team to let them know, and even though I said I would be okay keeping the piece if I needed to because I know they sell out fast, they told me they would put aside a necklace from the next shipment and send it to me free of charge. About a month later, I had a brand new necklace, perfect condition, absolutely stunning. I’ve since ordered 3 other pieces from Estori, and all have been beautiful and perfect quality. I will continue to buy from Estori, and I look forward to new pieces coming out soon. Keep up the amazing work!!!
