Best customer service!

I purchased the Nesta climb the mountain necklace in January and unfortunately, the clasp broke not too long after I got it! I reached out to Estori, not expecting much, but I was blown away by the customer service! They were so quick to respond and sent me a replacement chain right away. Now I can wear my favorite necklace again. Thank you for the great customer service!!! Will always recommend Estori.
