We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Each item is checked for quality and I ensure the packaging is durable enough for its long trip overseas.
However, I'm one human, so if you receive an item that was damaged or that looks very different from what you ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details and I'll review the situation.
For any faulty or incorrect items, you must contact within 3 days of receiving your item.
Is it damaged, or is it a normal imperfection?
I do my best to be fair, but keep in mind that each piece is handmade so they may cary slightly in appearance, finish and colour - and these variations won't be grounds for a replacement or refund.
