Refunds & Exchanges

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes sizing issues, as we cannot resell items that have been sold more than once, so please ensure you check the size measurements before check out!

Is it damaged, or is it a normal imperfection?

Each piece is handmade so they may vary slightly in appearance, finish and colour - and these variations won't be grounds for a replacement or refund.

Before packing, each item is checked for quality and we ensure the packaging is durable enough for its long trip overseas. 

However, if you receive an item that was damaged or that looks very different from what you ordered, please contact help@estoricollective.com with details and we will be happy to review the situation!
