We're here to help. As a small business, we do our very best to make sure you're happy with your purchase and shopping experience. If you are very unhappy with your purchase, please give us a chance to fix the issue before giving up on us! 

Simply email help@estoricollective.com with details of your problem and any relevant pictures. We will reply as promptly as possible with solutions. 

This is the fastest way to get help. We may not see a bad review until weeks later.

Is it damaged, or is it a normal imperfection?

Each piece is handmade so they may vary slightly in appearance, finish and colour. These variations won't be grounds for a replacement or refund.

Damaged in transit?

Before packing, each item is checked for quality and we ensure the packaging is durable enough for its long trip overseas. However, if you receive an item that was damaged or that looks very different from what you ordered, please contact help@estoricollective.com with details and we will be happy to review the situation!

In all cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
